Savvy Couture was founded by Josie Racco in 2005.  With an idea to bring fun and energy to downtown shopping.  Savvy was first opened as a children’s accessories store but has quickly changed into a women’s fashions store.

Josie along with her Savvy girls saw there was a need in Downtown Burlington for women to have fun with fashion at all ages.  “We create the fun and sexy styles for our clients body shapes and hectic lifestyles.”

Having lived in Burlington all her life Josie loves the energy and the people in this community.  At Savvy we pride ourselves on customer service, because you are Number 1!!!! We deliver full service, personal shopping to make sure every client walks out feeling Great about themselves and how they look.

Savvy Couture is all about lifestyle, and we want our clients to find fashions that can take them from day to evening and from casual to dressy, with comfort and style.

Josie personally travels to all fashion destinations to purchase the styles at Savvy Couture.  Whether in New York, Los Angeles or Montreal, we will find the style and quality our clients love at affordable pricing.
